This line of product is amazing, from the stat this business is next level! Easy to order, delivered on time and the customer care is on point. As for the product and range offered I can’t falter it in any way. I’m a minimalist makeup person and having a product that works for over a moth and is easy/ time efficient. Essentially indescribable.

Very good eyelash lift , it really works, I have straight eyelashes, they tend to fall specially in humid weather even if I had curled them before, but after trying this I don’t have the same problem , I highly recommended..

I was very sceptical about whether the lift would work and how tricky it would be to apply but found I needn’t have worried about either. It worked really well and I was amazed at how easy and quick it was to do. And next time I think it will be even easier as I understand the stages better. But I definitely benefited from watching the video of application and recommend that.

Sadly the kit does not work on my lashes. I've attempted it once at the beginning of the year and my lashes did not take at all and looked exactly the same as before the lift. I gave it another try a week ago and my lashes are ruined. I've brushed them out properly before they set and they looked like they should come out great. I've had them done professionally before and had no issues. They didn't curl upwards at all, they just look frazzled and pointing in all different directions in a hook-like state. Can't even cover it up with mascara now. Used it the same way with the same pads and a timer set for timings provided on the packaging. Now I'm xx money shorter with ruined eyelashes as I can't see them coming back to normal. My self esteem took a massive hit, it's been awful.

Great 1st experience....I'm not a fan of wearing much makeup during the week so this is a good alternative to wake my eyes up for work. I have long lashes that are stick straight. Now I have nice curled lashes! Will definitely continue using

I had a problem with one element of the lash lift kit, and wrote an email describing my problem and my proposed solution. At midnight. WITHIN AN HOUR, I had an apologetic response, agreeing to my proposed solution, along with a code for 30% off my next order!!

Lash lift kit does not work. Customer service is appalling. Don’t waste your money. I find it hard to believe this company are rated 4+ stars

After using a serum for 3 months I see result after that I made lash lamination and result was absolutely amazing, now I keep use a serum and give a rest for my lashes, absolutely amazing! Highly recommend

I was really excited about my lash lift kit!
Unfortunately, my lashes are really thick (I had been told by beauty technicians before) and I struggled a lot to do the treatment myself, especially the "keeping the lashes on the pad" part. It did not work in the end, and I notified Diablo. They replied under 24 hours and offered great customer service.
Although it didn't work for me, as I believe it is because of the nature of my lashes, I am really happy with the experience with the company.
